Natural Yeast vinification, 12 months in steel, 24 months in small oak barrels 225 l., 24 months refining in bottle. Labeled in thick cotton paper individually cut, embossed printing and hand numbered back label. Wrapped in soft paper with the owl logo. Mono-piece Organic cork and premium tin capsule.
